I still can't figure out how I can find enough space to store my fortcoming bike inside.

Is it okay to leave bikes outside (with a decent cover and well-secured) or will I just destroy the thing?

Thanks!smile

I live in an apartment and keep both of my bikes inside using a storage rack similar to this Topeak:

Storing them outside really effects their longevity, I would recommend indoor storage if at all possible..smile

Agree with above.

Even if covered and maintained, you will quickly end up with a siezed and rusty POS if you keep it outside ..... and the saddle will be cold and wet when you get on it :yuk:

..unless you can get a decent shed, that is.

B&Q are selling a plastic thing for around £100, which will store more than the one bike.

It's NOT going to be secure, so you'd have to make your own decision on how safe your two wheeled buddy needs to be, but It WILL keep it dry, if you have the space outside.
