I have just got a specialized allez elite road bike which is fitted with Shimano A520 clipless pedals. I get on fine with these but a lot of the riding I do is in town so am constantly in and out of the pedals. I find it difficult to always clip in unless looking at the pedals which isnt always easy with cars everywhere. I'm thinking of getting a set of Speedplay Zero pedals which are dual sided. Anyone used these? Any good?

You might want to look at the egg beaters from crank brothers they are quad sided so ideal for commuting.

You might struggle with avaialability of speedplay cleats later on, unless they have changed which cleat they use.

speedplays also have an issue with positioning in regard to been too far forward.Unless your a really toe'y rider,i too would agree egg beaters would be better.Need the right shoe though!
