don't kow if i can make 5th, but i will be working at least one day a week in Newport and saw you guys planning the 1st trip- if anyone's local to cwm carn and fancies a mid week ride, i will be around aug to oct at least once a week and itching to try out the trails.

i'm assuming the usual ph welcoming of newbies to things applies- would like to finally meet some other phers!
