get me back on my MTB

Any riders in or arround Tring / Leighton Buzzard wanting to get back out on the trails.

I am, and looking for similar lardy, ex-racers who want to get back on their bikes. Easy starts, getting tougher as we all get fitter.

PS This was not ment to read like a personal ad.

PPS I have not riden in ernest for a good 4 - 5 years, if that helps.
