Hi Guys,

I used to do a lot of mountain biking a few years ago and did a fair bit of competition entry. Then, women and cars came along, so the biking took a back seat. I still have my mountain bike, but want to buy a road bike and get back in to it properly.

I've been looking at Cannondales, both new and used on ebay as I've always liked their bikes. My local bike shop also sells a brand called Wilier. As I said, I've been out of cycling for years and a lot has changed and road bikes were something I was never really in to anyway. I've not heard of Wilier, so I'm asking here if anyone has any advice to offer?

Cheers

Phil.

Can't help on the Wilier front, but check out Cervelo and Colnago. Both are cloud9

Top one very nice. Must be decent - the Lampre team were riding them
