Depends on the specifics of what riding you are planning to do. If you are planning to be 99% gravity powered then it looks quite good value (had good reviews in the past too).

Don't think that you will be able to buy it and go out for a days recreational cycling with XC climbs and stuff. It's not that kind of bike.
