Here's a cool hypothetical question. If money really wasn't an issue and you could go out and buy any car tomorrow (so no custom Enzos with bike racks...) but it had to be able to transport a bike so could be your only vehicle. What would you get?

Current winner imo is a 575 or 599... sure you could mount a rack on that booty!

Any other suggestions?

Mounting a rack onto an aluminium / carbon (don't know which they are?) tailgate / boot? Sounds potentially expensive.

Evo magazine featured this some time last year, and has to be my choice for my bike hauler. Quote from Evo "A Porsche Supercup car will lap Hockenheim's Club Circuit in 1min 5sec on slicks; a Porsche GT3 RS on road tyres stops the clock at 1min 12sec. Defying the laws of physics, MTM's Audi RS6 Club Sport won its class in this year's Sport Auto Tuner Grand Prix with a stunning 1min 12.45sec lap on street tyres."

Ah yes... the uberfast Audis are always up there.

I quite fancy an Overfinch Rangey or Cayenne TurboS... bet they would be a real giggle to hoon. I'm just not that fond of 4x4s

Not a fan of urban 4x4's as I see them as a pointless excess.

An overfinch rangey with some bikes in the back, covered from rim to roof in mud is coooooooool with a capital "sub zero".

For ultimate trail respect though, you'd have to thunder up in one of these:

Bowler Wildcat! Legend!

Does it have to be new?

If second hand, I've been thinking about the getting there, so no supercars as they'll just ground out or drift off the cattle grid and burst into flames or something....

It wasn't my intention to end up with a selection of ludicrous eighties motors

Is that the Lambo 4x4 thing in the middle picture? The one with the Countach engine?
