Yep, I got that email aswell from a fella called Jules. I'm up there a few times each week, most often in the mornings though while its nice and empty. Having said that I'm up for an evening ride at some point.
Only just getting my head around all of the fantastic bits of single track so a bit of local knowledge could be handy.

Im still finding new bits of single track in the lookout!! i need to go on another ride with my mate from i-bike he knows where most of the single track is in the forest
Hi guys,
Yep, it was me who mailed you about riding in Swinley, and I'm still up for that at some point. I've been riding in there pretty regularly over the last 9 months and still finding new bits of single track to use - some better than others. For such a relatively flat part of the country, they've done well to get such a mix of trails in there.
How does Sat 18th or Sunday 19th August fit with people, or possibly a weeknight if that makes things easier?
Jules

and what day is the ride planned for this sunday?? the 19th is sat and the 18th is friday
How about meeting by the Look Out Centre/Bike hire place at 11am as I'll be cycling in rather than parking there, and the car park gets pretty busy. White Van Man, how's the bike looking?
I'll be on a white Merlin hardtail - is that the MTB equivalent of wearing a carnation in the lapel? ;-)

Location sounds good. I'll be on a black Specialized Rockhopper.
