I’ve narrowed all the options down to a Peloton. But I’m not into paying crazy money for a new one. So looking for a used one. Having only just started the search I was after advise on what one to go for and ones to avoid. A quick google advised that one of the screens is now not supported in updates so want to stay clear of that model but don’t actually know what one to go for.

I’m based in Kent.

Not seen anything about any of the bikes not getting updates. There are only 2 options, the original Bike and the Bike+. The Bike+ has larger screen that rotates and automatic resistance adjustment versus manual on the Bike. Our original Bike is coming up to 4 years old and combined between me/wife its apparently done over 8000 miles. Haven't needed to replace anything on it yet, but with that kind of mileage and constant bath of sweat when in use I suspect something on it will replacing at some point.

Getting a used one is pretty sensible, a Bike+ probably will cost only a fraction more than a Bike, so makes sense to get a better speced one. Many I suspect will have seen a fraction of the mileage we got on ours, so should be pretty trouble free.

Just checked our original Bike is still 100% getting software updates, the latest 'program builde' for the App is feeding into the Bike with no issues.
