What's the best paint job you've ever seen on a bike? And I just mean colour, not quality/thickness etc.

It can be one colour, multiple, whatever you like. Post pics!

The one bike that really did it for me was a Fat Chance Yo Eddy in Neil Ross cycles in Aberdeen, which would have been late '92 or early '93. It has stuck with me ever since...

A couple of Steve Peats final season DH bikes were pretty cool too....

Like the cow...

I lusted after this when it was new. Sadly, they didn't bring many to the UK and they didn't get fond reviews. Loved the colours though.

Always love kliens bikes flip paint jobs, which I always have to laff at as most of my bikes are now black or very dark colours…

The paintwork on Ricky Feather’s bikes is of a very high standard.

Some Pegoretti’s would be up there. The Klein Attitudes already mentioned as well.

I thought this was the coolest bike ever when I was a kid. Not so sure about it in hindsight...

I met an American on a Firefly titanium bike last year. It's not a brand I had heard of, and his frame was different patterns to this image, by my word it was glorious sat outside a cafe on a sunny morning...

Two bikes I owned back in the day. I loved the paintjobs.

Kona Lavadome, flecks of paint over a yellow base coat.

The bike originally has "project 2" forks, which were straight.

I'd go for the EF-Cannondale-Palace skateboards bike of a few years ago.

Saffron Frameworks have some stunning paintwork on their steel bikes. This is their off road/gravel offering & it’s almost too pretty to knock the st out of !

I’m an 80’s kid & started getting into road bikes aged 12/13 & the Panasonic/Weinmann Raleigh colours of the mid 80’s always stood out for me. I remember drooling at a Team Cadet in the local bike shop window back then. I’m lucky enough to own a Raleigh from that period now & love it (it’s a bit fancier than the Team Cadet I’d gawp at too !).
