MTB lights - battery pack re cell?

I have 2 x 4 cell power packs and a 2 cell pack for my Hope V4's all of which have long since died.

I could do with a spare for dog walking duties - does anyone know a firm who could 're cell' them?

I've used MTB Batteries before who made me a compatible 4 cell pack in their own canvass case but TBH it didn't last as long as I'd hoped. I dismantled that thinking I could probably DIY it and was disappointed to find cells of unknown provenance inside as opposed to the Samsungs I'd expected to find. I decided against it on seeing the cells are spot welded together with a metal strap and a circuit board also in the mix.

It would be nice to re use the Hope packs as they have a metal case and come with the battery health indicator. The 2 cell is a priority as that works better with the head band when walking the dogs at night.
