It’s not so much size but quality and support of the pad.

Which bibs have a more substantial pad that will offer me more comfort than the usual thin, cheap foam put in by most manufacturers.

Fat Lad at the Back are well regarded for kit. The Jacamo for roadies.

Galibier also do fuller size bibs.

I'm not huge, but I'm not classic road cyclist build (5'8, 85kg) and I find Castelli's Endurance range to be very, very comfortable, if a bit expensive.

Im 5’10” and 100kg

Usually buy DHB, but Wiggle are their main seller and stock hasn’t been great this year, unsurprisingly.
I think DHB will start to stock other suppliers or they risk going under…..

I’d buy FLATB but being outside the UK, risk import duties now.

I’m 6’2”, currently weigh 275lbs, with a 44in waist. I’m finding Assos Mille GT C2 bib shorts extremely comfortable. Wearing them six days a week.

The pad is quite thick, but cleverly stitched in. It’s only attached to the shorts at the front and rear, so it moves independently of the Lycra, which in turn leads to less friction and saddle sores.
