I really need to get some seat covers for the van (primarily drivers seat, but probably looking at drivers plus double bench seat).

What do people recommend??

I prefer this type rather than fixed covers - They’re just loose throws with a kind of hood that goes over the top of the seat but you don’t need to mess about with straps or anything. Throw them on for the drive home and whip them off in seconds to either bung in the wash or just leave to dry and then shake the dirt off…

I’ve just fitted VW Commercial official in mine. Really good snug fit but took a while so they’re more “fit and forget” rather than use when required. Not sure I made the right choice as the van flips between family car and proper van duties so in hindsight, a set of chuck on / chuck off would be better. However the upside with these is they’re a great fit, so no baggy bits / sliding about / wresting to adjust the seat with the required bits obscured.

Got a Stitches & Steel single in mine - does what it says on the tin. Was cheaper on eBay shop than their own website too...

I'm getting Rhino boot (with rear seats folded cover), they also do seat covers for most cars and more bespoke stuff. They do also make van seat covers.

Prices are ok, quality is well regarded.

I used UK Custom Covers for both my T6 and my scabby Hilux. They are very well tailored to the seat; can be a little of a struggle to get on but once there are basically a fit and forget item. I have my rear seats in the van in and out all the time and the covers stay in place. Hilux is my shooting truck and myself and other filthy oiks in and out of it all through the season and cleans up like new.

They're not the cheapest but not unecessarily blingy like a lot of the VW stuff.

ETA if use Endura type shorts with the removable liner, you can strip off the outer and drive in the liners or put on a pair of trousers over the top for the drive. Van is brilliant for MTB. Easily fit the bikes with wheels on and plasterers buckets for dirty clothes and bike cleaning stuff in the back I even carry a Bosch Fontus portable jet wash. When you're home no faffing. Perfect.

Depends which type of Van. My T6 Caravelle had seat side airbags, and 90% of those seat covers sellers did not accommodate if they go off confused . So I bought the official VW ones from some ebay re-seller, worked really well, full coverage and fitted perfectly, like £90 including the bench one and I sold them for £70 when I sold the van.
