Transferring route from Strava to Connect

Create your route on Strava.

Download it to your PC.

Open Garmin Connect on your PC

There is somewhere in the website to upload a route.

Do this.

Download the Garmin Connect App to your phone.

From your phone, transfer the course to your head unit.

Create route on Strava. Save it, favourite it, and as long as you have Strava and Garmin Connect linked together in GC, the route will be pushed to Garmin Connect. Then use GC to send to device.
