As I say, a long shot, but does anyone recognise this guy, or what team the shirt is from?

I don't think he's simply a 'full kit' enthusiast. Also considering that a I believe a film crew and photographers were with him.

I've googled the sponsors that I could see (Nabyyek and Merida); and did find a pic, but was bike-related and small/low-quality; so no help there.
