What's this white stuff?

I've just a new bike and I took it out the box yesterday, inside the box of bits that comes with it was this little pot of white stuff. My first thought was grease for the pedals, but it looks to thin? A suggestion was sealent for tubeless but it doesn't look enough, and it has inner tubes.

Is it one of those, or is it something else?

What colour is the frame, might be touch-up paint? I got a little pot of paint with an MTB frame years ago

Carbon frame and/or saddle post? Might be the special anti-seize grease for carbon.

I think this is the winner!! It's a very pale green which is the same color as the pot on close inspection!

Lucky because I dropped my multi tool on the frame tightening the stem
