How to Edit Strava route (Free?)

Is anybody else a serial 'leave the route calculating' Strava user?

You do the trail, spend the time, then hop in the car and average 50mph for ten miles, ruining the outing stats.

P.s I don't public so I don't screw the road gangs records up

Is it possible to delete a section of activity or revise the final ride?

Follow up... is it possible to adjust trail gates, routes, start / finish points to ones own liking? (with free Strava). My locals evolve and the original markers are bordering on obsolete.

You can crop either end of a ride via the edit option in Strava itself. Very easy to do via the slide marker.

Think to split it into sections can be done, but can’t recall where I’ve seen it.

As lastofthev8s said you can use the Crop Activity option (click on the 3 dots on the top right hand side of your screen) and take out the section where you were driving. It is available for Free Users. Just checked.
