Carbon Seat Post stuck in Aluminium Frame

I had it recently with an aluminium post in a steel frame. I clamped the post into by bike stand and used the frame as leverage to spin it whilst pulling, oh and lots of penetrating spray. A vice will work the same.

I had success pouring boiling water around the seat post clamp area and trying to rotate the seat post around its axis with a fair bit of force on the saddle, then letting it cool a bit and repeating many times!
