Have a Whyte 901 that am giving a darn good seeing to (service biggrin)

Anyway, the headset bearing (top & bottom) both need replacing.

Whyte’s website just points to a few sets they have (that include all the spacers etc. as well as jus the bearings.

Now I can wait until Monday and contact them to identify exact ones, or are these all “standard” sizes etc? The ones that came out are about 40mm and 50mm diameter and about 5mm or so deep and are tapered.

I see the usual online cycle stores sell bearings, but which ones? Is is just based on size?

Attached are links to the Whyte 2012 MY specification sheets which show the 2012 901 headset as a FSA Orbit ZS, Sealed Cartridge Bearings, 1.5” Lower, 1 1.8” Upper Bearing

Thanks, that’s perfect! Can get some ordered.

Most seem whole headset kit as well as the 2 actual bearings (£40/45) and some just the 2 bearings (£20). All I actually need is the bearings so will see if I can actually just get those.
