What rear brake adapter?

I've just upgrade the 180mm rotors on the front to 203mm and wanted to put the 180s on the rear instead of the 160mm (or even another 203).

But the rear mounts seem to be a whole lot more confusing than the fronts.

My rear already has an adaptor for the 160s, can I just add a 160-180 to that or is it a separate adapter.

It looks you have a IS rear mount, so one of these should work
