SRAM GX AXS

Hi all

I have SRAM GX AXS on my MTB. The battery doesn't seem to want to charge. Has anyone else had this problem? Have you been able to fix it or was it a new battery / warranty job?

Bloody annoying and considering going back to cables.

I've just taken my summer bike out with AXS setup now that it's a bit dry.
My winter bike is Shimano XT which feels pretty good but the AXS setup is soooo much smoother and almost telepathic in how it shifts, and no effort needed.

I do like the GX AXS, but it basically screwed up a ride for me yesterday. Cables may not be as quick and precise but it is reliable....even if the cable snaps it's easy to replace trailside if you have a spare or it's possible to McGyver a fix so you can use a few gears. With no battery you are stuck in whichever gear it stopped working in.

Saying that I will probably not go back to cables. I was just p***ed off yesterday
