Spin bike computer has failed…

I have a Bodymax B15 spin bike and the computer has given up the ghost. I gather spares are quite hard to come by, and tbh the computer was pretty rubbish anyway. Does anyone have any recommendations/ideas for an after market job? Struggling to find much that will work. Any ideas much appreciated.
Your bike looks very similar to my wife's BodyTrain Sport spin bike.
The computer it came with is / was about much use as yours was, but she's never actually used that. Her intention was always to use the bike with her Peloton app, which is only £13 a month.
Once fitted with a Cadence sensor on one of the crank arms (c£10 from Amazon) which the app can pair with, it fitted the brief perfectly as all Peloton classes use RPM as their key metric. You could, if required use a similarly priced speed sensor assuming your wheel can accept one, and you can 'size' it with the relevant app.
