Last minute cycling training camp / trip somewhere sunny ??

I find myself very quiet with work and fancy a last minute cycling camp / trip somewhere sunny. Any ideas / advice ?

I was thinking maybe Gran Canaria, but open to pretty much anywhere warm. It's getting cold now Zwifting in the garage!
