Using Garmin mount and Quad lock mount together

Is their enough room to use both at the same time and which is the best combo, i.e. Garmin on the stem with Quad lock out front, or Quad lock stem mount with Garmin out front? I've got my Garmin on the stem currently with the rubber band style mount.

I have both out front, mounted either side of the stem.

If you're looking to have them in line, rather than side by side, then I guess it depends on the size of your stem, extending arm and phone.

Thanks for the pic, that's really useful to see. I assume that's the normal Quad lock out front, rather than the pro?

Yes I was planning to have them in line and I hadn't actually thought about the possibility of having the out front mount on backwards! Hence why I was considering a stem + out front mount, but your setup looks ideal.

That pic is just off the net, probably has a stem mount rather than the arm.

When I saw the pic I thought it looked spot on for you. If you did the reverse mount arm, then it may not sit the phone far enough back. The Quad arm isn't very long.

I run a v short stem and a top bar bag, so in line doesn't fit (I tried ) so have to use side by side - works well though, just doesn't look very neat
