Orbea Rise sizing help

I'm completely stuffed whether I'm a large or XL on the Rise H30.

Any owners?
I'm 6ft1 and I'm mid sizing on their charts.

Orbea I think tend to size smaller than others.....
I have a Wild, 5' 10", 29" short arse legs and ride a Large....on the Faceache Wild owners pages, some ride XL at 5'10", some 6'+ ride a Large.
I didn't try an XL but with modern Geo I prefer having weight over the front.

From some comments online I think Wild do size up smaller compared to Rise sizing.

A subject I can sort of help with.

My mate has a Rise. He’s 6’4”, and has an XL, so I thought there’s no way it would fit me (having previously ridden his S6 Stumpjumper and found that a bit of a stretch).

I was pleasantly surprised, and would’ve had no issues with the XL. I also ride an L Orbea Laufey, and find that fine. It’ll (probably) come down to preference more than anything else at your height.

I guess your little more (!) than 2cm away in height with many factors at play

As ever, for sure, you’d want to ride both sizes before spending that kind of cash.

Lovely bit of kit, though! He has the one up from bottom, rides nicely. Not as plush as his old SJ, but that’s to be expected!
