HR power zones and stuff (Crickles)
Discussion
Now and then HR zones get mentioned, and there's a site that makes sense of all this, by using your Strava data and displaying your figures in a more comprehensible format.
https://crickles.casa/
The site is a bit slow to load, so bear with it, and it's a private venture.
It harvests Strava data each night, so you an see your analysis next day.
For example, if you wonder what your HR zones actually are today (it varies - don't note them and forget!)
Here's a pic of mine this morning:
The banner across the top shows what other data is available.
And sustainable power / HR

probably the worst UX for a website going.
no way to actually login after creating a password, perhaps a create account and a login button might help.
Err..no way to actually login after creating a password, perhaps a create account and a login button might help.
Maybe I was being lenient..
FTTP here so everything's quite quick to load. But I have waited 5 or 6 seconds for the sign on screen!
I agree the interface is clunky, but I like the info displayed.
Some devices auto adjust anyway.
I use Heart Rate Reserve for my running and cycling zones. As I wear my Garmin all the time, it continually adjusts its measurement of my resting heart rate and therefore the boundaries of the zones as they’re percentages of HRR. This then syncs to my Garmin bike computer using their ‘Physio Tru-up’ feature.
