Anyone seen the vid on twitter and this guys site of him taking to the pavement and riding his bike into some guy running from the police?
He’s being championed by the police, who steam in about 7 on them, on top of this bloke who is sent flying, but some are asking awkward questions about whether he’d have taken the same action against a different looking ‘perp’.

I’ll not link as I think his channel is on YouTube and don’t want to get it moved to the YouTube thread, but it’s all over twitter courtesy of the police who think he’s some sort of superhero.

I watched that yesterday…

I think it’s unfair to suggest the appearance of the chap made any difference to the action CM took, although I think he shouldn’t have got involved regardless.

On a more general note, I think CM’s work is commendable however he increasingly encourages confrontation with the people he catches and I don’t think that’s great. He also appears to be a fking nuisance to everybody else using the particular stretch of cycle lane through Hyde Park that he frequents.

Also, deliberately riding his bike into a pedestrian on the pavement, imagine if a car driver did that to him in his cycle lane?

Only the blessed Mikey knows the answer to that, anything else is just speculation.
He cycles in London, where nearly half the population is non white, and as non-whites are statistically
resonsible for a higher percentage of crime than whites he's bound to
bump into a LOT of non white crims, do the maths Einstein.
