BB Bearings 6806 30x42x7 - where from?

Hi All,

BB bearings are starting to get a bit graunchy so need to get some more. Looking for decent quality, but not looking for ceramic or hybrid bearings.

Where do you get yours and what brand do you get?

I've usually bought from wychbearings and Amazon. Not noticed much difference tbh and if anything my unbranded Amazon ones are still going albeit they are in a front hub not bottom bracket. The bearing I've currently got in my BB and is still going strong is a wychbearing supplied one but for this last one I cleaned all their grease out and put my own high quality stuff in. Bit of a faff but it's holding up well on the drive side which is where they usually dont last in my experience.

I bought 'BlueSeal Bike Bearings' off eBay in that exact size, and have done a couple of months in my MTB so far. I also like Enduro bearings which are a bit more expensive although they have some haters on american bike forums for some reason.

I`ve always found https://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/ excellent & they also do a lot of useful car stuff like copper washers far cheaper than a dealer.
If it's not listed as a standard size I expect they can get it.

Don't mind spending a bit extra for decent quality bearings that are going to last.
