Road/hard pack mud/gravel tyres in 26"
Discussion
Hello,
Just wondering if someone can recommend me some tyres that will spend 90% of the time on road with the remaining 10% on hard mud/gravel.
I'm currently leaning towards schealbe big apples or maybe big bens but just wondering if anyone's got any experience with anything else or can recommend something.
For wet mud, I've got another set of rims with 2 different types of mud tyre, should I wanna switch up.
Thanks

I've got Schwalbe Land Cruisers on my 'road' wheels for my hardtail. They seem good to me, no punctures and fast/quiet enough on tarmac but OK on bridleways, gravel paths, grass that hasn't been trashed yet etc.
Thanks, what are they like for rutted hard mud trails? Gassing Station | Pedal Powered | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
