A set of Hope 20fives has arrived, after a 4 week delay 'because covid'.

No idea how to install them. Hope are shut, seems they also like to take poet's day.

I've got the protective end caps off the hub, the hub itself is too big for the thru axle. There are 2 inserts included, it looks like the 2 inserts need to push into the hub but they're too big. No way they're going in.

No instructions obviously.

Anyone done this before?

No idea if road hubs are the same as their MTB hubs but here is a Pro4 front;

The end caps simply pop out and you can push different ones in depending on what fork you’re using;

Do you have a picture of the wheels and the end caps?

Whats the fork, that the question?

Is it 'road standard' 12mmx100mm or the more common 15x100mm?

Heck, theres even some drop bar bikes running 15x110mm boost nowadays!

Edit - and all that is presuming we are talking about the front, not the back... again, what size thru axle is it? 12x142mm?

The various end caps you have dont stack up on top of each other - you pull one set out, and replace with the other. It sounds like you've been supplied with various options - choose the right ones to suit.

The hope tech documents on the website are excellent too.

Sorted it. They had QR cores in. Take off one end cap and push the sleeve out. Adapters push in.

A single sheet of paper A5 with a couple of pictures would go a long way.

Nothing about this on their website, or if it is, it's nicely buried.
