Hiring a trail / enduro bike - south east
Discussion
Having been into dirt jumps and downhill as a teenager, I have been away from that side of cycling for 15 years or so. Having got back into cycling in the form of road / gravel a few years ago, I am starting to yearn for something a little more extreme.
Before I go and blow a load of £ on a bike that I can't afford and don't have room for, I'd like to try out riding some of the modern trail / enduro full suspension bikes and see if its for me (see if I still have the balls to ride properly basically)
Is there anywhere in the south east where you can do this?

There's the Summit if you wanted to do some bigger stuff, and there's some jumps around in the forest if you know where to go.

Historically most bike shops had demo bikes. I'd be speaking to shops nearby that stock the brands your interested in and seeing if they have one or can get one in. Pre-Covid, I'd ask the shop to get me one in, they'd charge me £50 and I'd try it out.
I see you're in West Sussex, if you wanted to try an Orange Switch 6, you'd be welcome to head to Crawley and try mine.
