Due to home circumstances, I rarely get the chance for a proper ride out, so for the last couple of years I've been doing regular 1 hour sessions on the turbo trainer.

However, at 75, I find there's a shortage of comparison data to see how I'm doing.
Can any other old git point me towards some useful hr and power metrics for me?

I use crickles/strava and that shows my comparison in terms of CSS factors within my age group (undefined) is high on numbers of sessions and intensity, but low on length of efforts.

Any riding at 75 is good, especially regular hour long turbo sessions!!. I wouldn’t worry about comparing yourself to others, especially if you don’t know their experience or training programmes. I know a few regular track riders in the late sixties who do club rides at a steady pace but not their power/hr data

I think you might get some answers from VTTA members - https://www.vtta.org.uk/
Have you ever used any of the Pete Read turbo training books? I remember the torture from the 90`s!
