The boys in the barracks are numb whilst riding!
Discussion
I’ve purchased a static bike for winter cardio and in case the gyms shut again in a lockdown. I’m not a regular cyclist nowadays but have been in the past. I’ve never had this issue before but after only 20 mins or so of cycling my twig & giggle-berries are completely numb and I have to stop.
I’ve tried 2 different saddles. I don’t use cycling shorts just a pair of gym shorts.
Has anyone got any suggestions on what I could try to stop this?

Another thing, stand up on the pedals regularly to let the blood back in.
I've made a red-neck rocker plate by hacking up a cheap camping sleeping mat and piling 5 or 6 layers under my smart trainer and its legs - this gives the bike a bit of wobble, which I find also makes longer sessions much more comfortable.
