Marin San Quentin 3?

I am after a hardtail for winter duties and have been offered the chance of a Marin San Quentin 3 but not that familiar with them. I was wondering if anyone has any real world experience of them ?

From what I can see spec wise they look pretty well equipped for the money with a revelation drivetrain and shimano 4 pots. Looking at the geometry it looks like it has quite a low stack. It looks not dissimilar from the Orange crush I used to have.

Any opinions on them would be appreciated.
