Microshift Advent x replacement / compatibility Question

My wife has a Cannondale Topstone 4 which is fitted with Microshift Advent X group. Its around a year old /3k miles and Its never been anywhere near Shimano/sram standard in terms of shifting. The first rear mech was replaced under warranty due to it having a weak spring , and now the second one has the same issue. The shifting is woeful at best and nowhere near even low end Sram/shimano stuff.

Does anyone know if Sram or Shimano rear mechs are compatible with Microshift controls? On their website it says not but this is usually the case from one manufacture to another.

I was thinking of maybe a low end Apex1 mech to sort the issue but Im unsure of the pull rations of each. Anyone had the same issue?

Nor sure about pull ratios for the microshift stuff but I suggest you try the topstowners subreddit. It’s a pretty active community and they tend to be fairly helpful
