Help needed - Advice on brake disks
Discussion
Ive just taken delivery of a new set of wheels. However, my previous wheels had a 6 bolt hub setup for the disks, the new wheels appear to have a spline arrangement.
Rather than send the wheels back what should I do?
1. Buys an adapter (seems a bit of bodge)
2. Buy a pair of disks that will fit the wheels, if I do this, what other bits will I need to convert from 6 bolt to centre hub fixing?
Thanks

I'm currently running TRP discs/calipers (160mm discs).
Can I get any make of 160mm disc? Do they vary in thickness? Mine are marked 160-29, any ideas what the '29' stands for? Ive seen some TRP disks that are '25', but i'm uncertain whether they will be compatible?
I am running Shimano rotors with mine all ok, any discs will work to be honest.I'm currently running TRP discs/calipers (160mm discs).

Adaptors aren't a bodge, centrelock discs are also just fine.. doesn't matter either way.
Depending, you might want to care if the discs say 'resin pads only' - some do. Fine if you run resin pads, but sintered/semi-sintered are common on MTBs, and frankly a lot better in the winter, I'll take a bit of howling over the resin pads tendency to disintegrate in mud. YMMV.
