Looks like my Kickr Core died tonight, was working fine then suddenly power/speed went to 0 in Zwift. Restated everything, Kickr Connects fine via BT but Zwift won’t register any power/speed. Tried the Wahoo app and different device so seems something has died in the Kickr Core.

Anyone have any suggestions or anywhere that repairs these things - presume I will have to speak to Wahoo?

Thanks.

Just to close this one off - contacted Wahoo and despite it being six months out of warranty, they collected the broken Kickr Core and replaced it free of charge with a refurbished one, can’t ask for more than that!

Brilliant customer service. That's good to know, but fingers crossed I won't have to access their customer service.

Wahoo are crazy with replacements

I had a Tickr out of warranty where the strap broke, they sent a brand new one (HR monitor, not strap)

A colleague dropped his bolt and smashed the screen. They sent him a refurbed one to replace.

This is how stuff should work!
