Which E-Bike to get

Looking for a commuter e-bike while out of the UK so preferably as fast possible. Rode this

And it was great with a very comfortable seat but Chinese made so not sure how reliable. Anyone know something similar/better?

Got a Decathlon Tilt-500 in the garage. Brilliant for the train and because it folds, I could take it on buses and trams too. Good battery life and I couldn’t fault it really in any way. Used it for 12 months and it’s just sat there now. Really need to get round to selling it!

That seat doesn't look comfortable though I'm looking for something more like a motorbike seat
