Help with tyres
Discussion
I dont really get wheel and tyre sizes and what's compatible :-(
I recently bought a Canyon Roadliten e-bike https://www.canyon.com/en-gb/electric-bikes/electr...
The wheels and tyres on it are;
Alexrims TD19
Schwalbe G-One 28" Gravel Tyre
The bike is only used on tarmac really, so I was wondering if I'd be better off putting road tyres on the bike - but would these wheels take a road tyre? what do I compare to what to figure it out?!

Would this work? I dont think its what I already have lol

I believe 28", 29" and 700c wheels all have the same diameter - 622mm.
Usually 29" refers to mountain bike wheel and as such is built stronger with a wider rim than a 700c wheel.
I *think* a 28" wheel is just some other marketing term that actually refers to what we know as a 29" wheel. Basically it's not a 27.5" wheel, so it can only be a 29er.
