Garmin 520 and Strava

I've purchased a Garmin 520 from my other half's uncle (Uncle in law?) as it was about time I bought a GPS for the bike. It's great and I've gone out and used it today, however a slight issue has arisen when I linked my Garmin and Strava accounts.

Uncle in law's rides were still on the 520 and I've gone in to my Strava and it now shows all of his rides from it. Is there a way I can undo this other than going down my list of activities and picking off the ones I didn't do one by one and deleting them?

More of a novice than an expert but I think you're right

Also suggest you do a factory reset else the next time it syncs they will all be uploaded to your Strava again

There's a 3rd party Chrome & Firefox extension for it but I'd probably just put up with the pain of doing it by hand rather than risk the script going wrong and losing genuine rides.

Probably a good idea to do a bulk export of the entire account just in case:

You get a copy of the original file uploads plus converted versions etc.
