Driving home through Wimborne Minster when I saw a guy riding a bike,never seen one before so what is it?

I would guess something along the lines of this

I see a few of these sort of "fashion" bikes at places like Exmouth seafront, riding slowly along the prom.

I think they're quite cool, and the kids like seeing them. But I think the appeal is quite limited, for me at least.

I’ve seen a few of these. Looks like a motorbike but isn’t. They must weigh loads.

They are custom cruisers. They weigh a tonne, but the gearing makes them surprisingly easy / nice to ride, I wouldn’t fancy tackling the Col d'Izoard on it, but they are fun around the urban chew.

They aren’t all electric, there are quite a few down in Bournemouth (for example ) that aren’t electric.
