I bought a year old Hoy Shizuoka which is a nice ride and fine for what I intend to use it for (rides up into the hills and general pottering about)

However like a lot on here I’m always happy to modify / improve my cars and motorbikes.

This however is the first bike I’ve had for years but I’m happy to tweak it a bit.

Seems largely fine for pottering about to me.

My pottering about bike has full length mudguards, which make it more practical.

If you don't like the saddle, grips or pedals, then change them.

I would fit a 180mm rotor on the front, but then i'm fat, the hills round here are steep, and I think I have the parts I'd need in the shed laugh
