that’s the third or fourth article I’ve read in the last month or 2 of shops being raided for a high value sum! I think Laggan Wolftrax and the bike shop in braemar were both raided! a lot expensive high profile stuff going missing

Really feel for the owners bike theft is rife in Scotland, have heard of people being followed back from Glentress and being targeted often just cutting through attached garages

Not unusual. When I was looking around before getting mine in 2019 i visited the local Trek store just about closing time and they were busy chaining all the bikes together and to floor rings.

When I commented he said cycle stores were frequently raided and when you have 30-40 bikes at from £1k-5k each plus wheels and other parts in stock . . . Anyone buying a bike of E-bay?

All they need is a van and a battery angle grinder - chaining the stock up slows them down a little.
