Inner Tube markings

Afternoon.

So not exactly pedal powered more pushed-by-dad-powered. I have a buggy that has a proper tyre/tube setup.

The tubes are marked 12 x 2.2/2.5

I am presuming that 12” but why two other numbers? What to they mean?

And finally, who makes decent tubes? I bought some off Amazon and the valves actually leaked air so they had to go back

It means they'll fit a tyre from 2.2 to 2.5 inches wide. Although there'll be a bit of compatibility either side of that as they are quite stretchy.

Schwalbe would be a good brand to look for.
