Smart tube for 700 wheel question.

Lady Balfour's road bike has had its first (thorn) puncture, which is my fault obviously.

I fitted slime smart tubes to her MTB and she has not had a puncture since. So I plan on doing the same with the road bike.

The wheels are 700x26c but I can only get 19-25 or 28-32 smart tubes.

Would you go for the bigger or smaller than the tyre requires?

I would go for the smaller ones, you'll end up trying to cram in a load of extra tube into the tyre if you go for the bigger ones.
