Another smart turbo cycling ‘game’ in development which I have just become aware of through Chris Pritchard’s YouTube channel. Looks good fun.

It seems to be the Tour de France video game adapted for smart turbo control rather than a PlayStation/Xbox controller. So you are part of a TdF team and can ride a variety of races from one day classics to stage races.
AI opposition can be set to various difficulty levels, and online multiplayer will be available too. Graphics look fantastic.
My cycling-obsessed teenage son is going to love it (and I quite fancy it myself too!).

Apparently there’s public beta testing ongoing. Anyone here doing it?

I signed up, mainly to stay in touch. I feel they may have missed the boat though. There are already a few to market, Zwift included...

They've definitely missed the boat. They've taken way too long to get anything out to a wider audience, totally missing out on the recent indoor cycling boom in the process. They seem to be aiming for perfection from the outset rather than a solid initial release which steadily improves.

Their closed Beta has been in development for the past two years (at least) to a very select invite-only audience, and their teaser vids and slightly condescending comments on Facebook are causing people to lose patience and even question whether it's real at all.

It's quite a different proposition from free-riding apps such as Zwift, so I'd question whether it has a wide enough appeal to properly compete - but without more than a few short vids it's hard to say.

It's currently PC-only, with quite specific and high hardware requirements.

Graphically it looks lovely and should it ever get a general release, it'll hopefully give the creaking Zwift platform a much-needed kick up the arse.

People's expectations are high today, especially given that Zwift, FulGaz, Rouvy etc. are more or less plug & play and are compatible with a wide range of devices and trainers.

So far it's been a perfect case study in how to not launch a product.
