This might be a tough one!

My bike has some odd wear on it. Likely done by my LBS, but alas not a lot I can do now!

It’s a steel bike, so I’d like to make sure it won’t start rusting due to this.

Is there a good place to start? I can’t find any info online at all, despite a lot of searching.

Try contacting tech@konaworld.com or joe@konaworld.com with your bike details and they should be able to help

Failing that, I would be inclined to get a little tin of Humbrol Enamel and do a touchup with the closest colour. Unlikely to notice a slight difference in that location.

Thanks! I have spoken to Kona Tech, and they’ve just told me the paint code (Pantone) and to speak to a paint place somewhere. Not overly helpful, but I’ll try and find someone who can mix some for me!

If you have the Pantone paint code (https://www.pantone.com/color-finder) try https://www.paintnuts.co.uk/product/paintnuts-colo...
