Speed and cadence sensor for turbo trainer.
Discussion
I've been using a couple of Magene S3 on the spare bike - just £10-12 each compared to a Garmin or Wahoo sensor at 3x the price. It's a clever design - each time you replace the 2032 battery it switches from speed to cadence and back. I found the cadence is a lot better smoothed than the rubbish Cycplus sensors I tried before which registered silly spikes in cadence with each gear shift. The Magene itransmits on Ant+ and BLE so I'd assume it will work directly with smartphones as well as head units but might be worth confirming with them or on forums.
