3t aura - risers/spacers. Help please

I have recently bought a second hand tt bike which has 3t aura bars fitted. I would like to raise the tt bars higher above the base bar and unfortunately nobody seems to have the rather expensive 3t branded spacers in stock.

Are there any alternatives? Would spacers from other bars work? Can anyone suggest alternatives?
