Please?

I called our Specialized Concept store and even they weren't sure.

It's a 2021 model with 700 wheels.

If it hasn’t got the lugs for mudguards have a look at these, I’ve got a pair and they work/fit great https://www.sks-germany.com/en/products/raceblade-...

Assuming you have caliper brakes and therefore one fixing point what are the options to attach the support stays? In on-line images, I can't see the usual threaded holes on the frame near the axle so I think you're limited to zip tieing / p-clip to the frame.

That's what the Spec store suggested in the end. I am not massively keen on the clamp though. Is there an option that uses the eyelets?

I suggest these then https://www.bing.com/search?q=BONTRAGER+ncs+700C&a... I much prefer the stay design and they will mount on the holes you've shown.

Did you check out the link in my post. The mudguards fix to the quick release and are rock solid. Guards can also be unclipped when you don’t need them.

These look better. Though Lady Balfour, for whose bike these are required, has this morning pronounced that she thinks she may prefer her bike without guards....

I'd be inclined to agree! Mudguards? Aesthetic they are not! They do do them in white and yellow...

Perhaps I should let her ride without them for a while and see if she still thinks looking cool trumps being dry.

I bought a set of these for my Specialized Allez Sport. While they seemed like a great idea at the time of purchase; (easy to put on / take off in the changeable UK weather, etc) the reality is that the rear set are a bugger to work with when you have to take the wheel off to fix a puncture. It takes ages to line the fiddly little clips up, just so you can reinstate the wheel.

I went for a set of these when I bought my latest bike and they work fine. (The only down side is the contact point on the seat stays have suffered a little abrasion damage.)

I found the clips easy to line up when I first installed them, I got the guards connected to the clips before tightening quick realise up. I’ll see if I ever get a puncture, never had one out on the road in 20 odd years *tempts fate!
